Batteries Plus

Donald far exceeded my expectations when I came in to get my battery checked. Super knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. A true asset for the location, even on a hot day.

My front + back phone screens were smashed. Took it in for a screen fix, got charged immediately for everything. 1.5 weeks go by and I get a call saying it's ready. I go to pick it up, and it doesn't work. No worries, they say it was a bad part and they're gonna order another. 3 more weeks(!!!) pass without communication.I finally lost patience and came into the shop after work today to ask about the phone. It isn't even there anymore, and the "tech" can't be contacted. Cool! My phone is broken, lost, and cost over $200 just to sit around, idk where for over a month. Uneasy, upset, and beyond impatience are three very gentle descriptors of how I'm feeling with this location. All this being said, the employee helping me today in store, Donald, was phenomenal. We had a level conversation about my frustrations, and he was able to legitimately put me at ease after all the complete hullabaloo I've put up with. He deserves a shout-out and a raise. 22/10 Donald, 0/10 this location of batteries plus

I would have given them a negative 100 if possible! Bought a 175 battery for my car lasted less than a year. was'nt used much because car in storage alot. Would not charge. Returned it and they did replace it! but the second one only chrged for about 10 months. We there today, would not replce battery, would not work with me on price of new one, Rude, told me if was my fault. Duracell won't let them replace more than once. Do not expect them to care about working with you! Never again!

I’d like to raise awareness of the scam/dishonest practice involved with this business. They attracted me online with a low price battery that was advertised as available for pick up today. I purchased the battery and received an email confirmation stating that my order was ready for pickup. I drove 20 minutes there to pick up the battery only for the clerk to say my battery wasn’t charged yet. He then tried to upsell me on a battery that was “the same battery just charged” for almost 3 times the price of the battery that was already supposed to be ready. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not only were they the only place in the area that had the battery for my 20+ year old watch the employee installed them in less than 3 minutes. I will be back when necessary.
